Account Manager – Manufacturing Measuring Systems - United Kingdom

THE ROLE:

An Account Manager position has arisen with a market leading, internationally renowned portable measurement systems company, based in continental Europe. This Account Management role, covering a sales territory of the United Kingdom, will involve selling a range of precision measurement and metrology systems, 3D laser measuring devices and CMM apparatus to a variety of industries including Automotive and Aerospace Industries. This key role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Successful record of accomplishment of selling capital equipment 
•  Experience with manufacturing and/or metrology 
•  Demonstrable record of accomplishment of selling into Tool and Die, Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication and manufacturing companies 
•  Experience with automotive, heavy equipment and/or aerospace companies 
•  Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
•  Knowledge of CAD or CMM is strongly preferred 
•  Excellent communication skills 
•  Experience of working to tight deadlines

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £40,000-£45,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: Up to an OTE of £70,000
