Service Support Engineer - DVB – Maritime Communications

THE ROLE:

A leader in the field of Maritime communication system provision is, due to expansion of the department, looking to recruit a Support Engineer to work within their Network Operations Centre.
You will have experience in the installation and servicing of maritime VSAT Systems in particular SeaTel and or Inmarsat and will have a technical qualification in computer sciences, electronics or communications engineering.
This position will work on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern of 12 hour shifts, (including one unpaid hour for lunch). It is a flexible rota with a mixture of days and nights. The day shift is currently either 8am to 8pm or 11am to 11pm and the night shift is currently 8pm to 8am. The rota is subject to change should business needs dictate.
