Area Sales Manager – Agricultural/Artificial Farm Breeding/Genetics – South West Midlands & South Wales

THE ROLE:

This Area Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of agricultural genetics and artificial insemination to farmers and farmers buying groups throughout the sales territory of South West Midlands and South Wales, predominantly being Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful experience in SALES TO AGRICULTURE
• Reliable individual.
• An interest in agriculture.
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Tenacious.
• Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £20,000-£35,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £3,000-£5,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
