Graduate Account Manager

THE ROLE:

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Account Manager to join a busy sales team within the finance / payroll sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking for their first step into the world of sales.

This company can offer excellent career progression and fantastic earning potential. This company specialises in providing a range of payroll and accounting services to the recruitment industry. Selling to Recruitment Agencies and Recruitment Businesses throughout the UK.

You will be required to manage 4-5 major current client accounts, manage expectations, build a strong and trusting relationship with all contacts, up sell where possible, develop sales, problem solving, deliver first class customer service and attend client service meetings.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Intelligent Graduate 2:2 or higher
• Full UK Driving License
• True passion to work within the Sales Sector
• Hardworking, focused and determined
• Extremely ambitious, enthusiastic, dynamic and tenacious
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Excellent closer.
• Strong character.
• Attention to detail
• Target driven / Money motivated
• Superb communication skills.
• Must be well presented & professional

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary of £16,000 - £20,000

After 90 days if you hit your targets and pass your 90 exam you will receive £2,000 bonus and £1,000 pay rise + a company car etc

After 6 month probation period you will receive a further £1,000 pay rise

After 12 months you will receive a further £2,000 pay rise

Other incentives are also included and will be discussed at interview.
