Lead Proposals Specialist – Process Instrumentation - Midlands

THE ROLE:

A leader in the field of instrumentation and process control for such industries as Oil & Gas, Water, Food & Beverage, Chemical and Power Generation are looking to recruit a Proposals Lead to design and develop solutions for new and existing clients and generate professional proposals within budget and promote the benefits of partnership with the company.
You will be the liaison with Project Heads, Key Account Managers and System Integrators. You will be instrumental in the improvement of quality procedures and other proposals documents. You will have an excellent track record in customer relations, export control and bid proposal management.
This role will see you visit clients in the UK and Europe and experience in the Oil & Gas Industry would be a distinct advantage.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  HNC/Degree in an engineering or science discipline
•  Strong knowledge of process control , process industries and applications
•  Oil & Gas industry knowledge
•  Commercial Awareness
•  Highly developed presentation skills
•  Assertiveness and confidence in what you present
•  Excellent communication externally and internally

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £35,000-£40,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
