Regional Sales Manager – Dairy Farm Equipment/Milking Machinery – South West

THE ROLE:

This Area Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of dairy farm equipment, including milking equipment, milking machinery and dairy supplies to agricultural dealers and dairy farmers throughout the South West sales territory, including Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

A true market leading, growing, agricultural equipment and dairy farm machinery supplier to the farming industry, with a multi-million pound turnover. This dynamic company is experiencing a period of continued growth and now has an additional position on their sales team to offer a successful candidate, with superb long-term career progression opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
• Experienced in selling to dairy farmers (heavily).
• Experience in dairy would be beneficial, yet not essential.
• Mature outlook.
• Reliable individual.
• An interest in agriculture.
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Superb relationship builder.
• Tenacious.
• Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £Superb anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
