Regional Sales Executive – Sealants & Adhesives- Southern England

THE ROLE:

An internationally renowned manufacturer of industrial adhesives and sealants is currently looking to recruit an experienced technical salesperson to sell into their expanding Automotive and Industrial Division in Southern England.
You will have experience in creating new business opportunities and developing accounts within the industrial adhesives and sealants market.
An excellent knowledge of the market in the South of England will be a distinct advantage.

THE COMPANY:

An internationally renowned manufacturer of industrial adhesives and sealants is currently looking to recruit an experienced technical salesperson to sell into their expanding Automotive and Industrial Division in Southern England.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Have proven sales ability by demonstrating a successful sales career to date.
•  Be highly motivated to exceed agreed area targets, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
•  Demonstrate proven account management, commercial negotiation and sales development skills.
•  Ideally have a good working knowledge of industrial adhesives within a variety of market sectors.
•  Demonstrate a modern approach to customer service and relationship building.
•  Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
•  Ideally be a graduate with a technical background/education.
•  Be flexible and able to travel widely in the UK and occasionally in Europe.
•  Be computer literate (MS Office) and able to work within deadlines for area reporting and other administrative duties.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £ 30,000 -£35,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: 15% capped
