Regional Sales Manager – Protective Packaging – South West

THE ROLE:

A renowned manufacturer and supplier of protective packaging solutions are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West of England.
You will have experience in the sale of both protective packaging machinery or consumables and have an excellent track record of achievement in both direct sales and working alongside and developing distributors.
The key to this role is the ability to increase sales through effective marketing and increase distribution networks.

THE COMPANY:

A renowned manufacturer and supplier of protective packaging solutions are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West of England.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Experience in selling system solutions and capital equipment would be beneficial
•  Knowledge of Protective Packaging such as bubble wrap, foam packaging, void-fill systems and cushioning systems.
•  Experience of working within the packaging industry. 
•  You must be computer literate with outstanding communication skills.
•  Sales and/or marketing qualification would be an advantage
•  Selling skills and ability to build relationships
•  Minimum of five years selling experience
•  Experience of selling through distribution
•  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
•  Ability to work with minimum supervision
•  Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
•  Works well under pressure and on own initiative
• Positive attitude and pragmatic approach

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: Excellent OTE available
