Sales Manager - Sporting Venue - Buckinghamshire - c£35k plus commission!

THE ROLE:

A Sales Manager position has arisen within a prestigious and well known sporting venue in Buckinghamshire. This exciting role will involve using your superb staff management skills to motivate and support a small sales team of approx 7 sales executives. based at the venue You will be responsible for the sales revenue for the sales team who are responsible for selling match day and non match day packages. as well as building awareness and the reputation of the high quality facilities within the venue. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager for this role, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

A well known sporting venue that has successfully grown from strength to strength is looking for a Sales Manager to develop and grow a successful sales team, ensuring specific targets and KPI's are set, maintained, monitored and exceeded! Excellent venue and a fantastic opportunity!

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in the Home Counties area.
• Must have 5 years experience in managing and leading a sales team!
• Must have a proven track record!
• Must have budget and management skills.
• Have people managements skills
• Have a knowledge and understanding of the local market.
• Excellent ability to communicate at all levels - both verbally and written.
• Be able to report clearly and concisely at board level.
• Must be extremely well presented.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £30,000-£35,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: £Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
