Sales Manager - Structural Steel/Farm Buildings - East Anglia

THE ROLE:

This superb Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of structural steel agricultural buildings and farm buildings for use for grain and fertiliser storage, hay and straw storage, farm animal housing etc to farmers and the agricultural arena for an extremely prestigious and well recognized company throughout an East Anglia sales territory, including Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

This dynamic company is experiencing a period of continued growth and now has an additional position on their sales team to offer a successful candidate, with superb long-term career progression opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful track record in the sales of structural steel buildings.
• Based in East Anglia/will relocate to East Anglia.
• Reliable individual.
• An interest in agriculture.
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Superb relationship builder.
• Tenacious.
• Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £40,000 - £45,000 anticipated 1^st year OTE Uncapped!!!
