Senior Hardware Engineer – Control Systems – South East
THE ROLE:
An internationally renowned manufacturer of industrial control systems is looking to recruit a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development and calibration of robust testing systems for a range of manufactured product.
You will have experience in the design of test systems down to component level and you will also be conversant in analogue and digital design.
Previous knowledge of ATMEL/PIC microprocessors would be a distinct advantage as would exposure to continuous improvement techniques such as Kaizen and 5S within a manufacturing environment.
THE COMPANY:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering qualification to Degree level or equivalent
- High accuracy calibration design experience (0.1%)
- Calibration experience of CJC, RTD, mV and mA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- General understanding of software (e.g. C, C++, VB)
- Prior schematic capture/PCB generation experience
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £35,000-£48,000 (dependent upon experience)
