Technical Sales Manager – Protective Coatings – United Kingdom

THE ROLE:

A leading supplier of surface finishing and protective coating technology to the defence, aerospace and high technology industries is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to sell their products across the United Kingdom.
They are now looking to expand their market share to break into the oil exploration and energy industries and they need a talented sales professional to spearhead this new initiative.
You will be involved in the effective marketing of the company, working with suppliers to formulate pricing structures and meeting potential clients to turn them into key clients.
Ideally you will have a successful track record in the sale of coatings or similar products into these markets and you will have the drive to succeed coupled with a consultative sales approach.

THE COMPANY:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of selling protective coatings or similar products
• Ideally a Background of selling into Oil & Gas or Power Generation Markets
• Consultative Sales Approach
• Experience in strategic sales planning
• Experience in account building
• Ideally NACE or FROSIO accredited

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £ 25,000-£35,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: Excellent bonus scheme
