Test Engineer – Control Systems – South East

THE ROLE:

An internationally renowned manufacturer of industrial control systems is looking to recruit a Test Engineer to ensure technical support New Product Introduction and the manufacturing facility.
You will have experience in the test of small to large test, calibration and programming equipment and you will also assist with the first line support of this equipment.
You will have experience of working on wiring and circuit diagrams of manufacturing equipment, design of PCBs and ICT programming with a bias towards Agilent, Teradyne and Genrad.

THE COMPANY:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Engineering qualification to HNC level or equivalent
•  Experience of manufacturing equipment from wiring diagrams/circuit diagrams/etc
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Minimum of 2 years of related experience
•  Able to work with minimal supervision
•  Remote support of equipment
•  ICT programming experience (Agilent/Teradyne/Genrad for example).
•  Design for test experience
•  Broad engineering experience gathered across different functional disciplines

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (dependent upon experience)
Benefits: Pension, Life insurance
