Trainee Sales Executive – Agricultural Parts/Agricultural Tyres – Cambridgeshire/Peterborough

THE ROLE:

A superb opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive within the Agricultural arena. This position will involve selling a range of agricultural parts and agricultural tyres for a wide array of agricultural machinery applications, to farmers. Based from an office in Peterborough or Cambridgeshire, the role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven background in general farm equipment / machinery / tractor dealer type background
• Basic knowledge of agricultural tyres and wheels and their many uses
• Commutable to Cambridgeshire/Peterborough
• Basic knowledge of farming practices and what the various machines are used for
• Telesales experience would be beneficial, however not essential.
• Whilst the position is clearly office based its also important that candidates are confident and proficient enough to go out in the field to follow specific Sales leads or generally visit dealers, OEM’s as and when required.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Superb relationship builder.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £19,000 - £26,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £excellent anticipated 1^st year OTE Uncapped!!!

Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, 3% stakeholder pension scheme, Annual profit share and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
