UK Commercial Sales Manager – Seeds & Crops - Cambridge

THE ROLE:

This UK Sales Manager position based in Cambridgeshire, within the Agricultural arena will involve selling a range of seeds & crops, to seed merchants and seed companies and distributors throughout the national UK sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REUQIREMENTS:

• Commutable to Cambridgeshire.
• Proven successful track record in a recent sales position within crop protection/seed treatments/seeds/agrochemicals.
• Knowledge of distribution channels.
• Able to deal with a range of levels.
• New business winner, whilst also a superb long-term relationship builder.
• Tenacious.
• Able to cover a UK sales territory.
• Appreciation for agriculture.
• Confident.
• Looking a stable company, that can offer long-term development.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 basic
