UK & Export Sales Manager & Product Manager – Agricultural Equipment/Farm Machinery - £50k

THE ROLE:

This UK & Export Sales Manager & Product Manager position based from home with some global travel, will involve selling a range of agricultural equipment and farm machinery to the UK & export market, as well as full Product Management/being a Product Specialist and will require that your sales, new business, technical and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the European Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

This dynamic company is experiencing a period of continued growth and now has an additional position on their sales team to offer a successful candidate, with superb long-term career progression opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful track record in an Export Sales role OR Product Management role within Agricultural Machinery OR Agricultural Parts.

• Analytical candidate

• Comfortable with global travel ((potentially one week per month will be abroad).

• Extremely analytical individual/analytical type of character.

• Able to develop future strategies (highly strategic)

• Confident & capable.

• Able to spend upto half of their time often at a computer, working with spreadsheets!

• Technical agricultural background.

• Sold Parts or machinery.

• More product driven & technically driven.

• Able to build long-term relationships.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £50,000 1^st year OTE Uncapped!!!
