  • A proven successful sales background within a fast moving commercial environment. Recruitment industry experience is not essential.
  • High levels of intelligence to maintain quality within a very busy sales environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy.
  • A positive outlook and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • An abundance of confidence.
  • Highly self motivated and tenacious.
  • First rate personal presentation skills as the role involves face to face contact with candidates as well as clients.
  • Someone who is not a 9-5 person as flexibility is essential.
  • Someone who wants to smash commission targets rather than just hit them.
